Overview

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using InfiniBot. These Terms apply to all users of InfiniBot, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. By accessing or using InfiniBot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access InfiniBot.

Use of InfiniBot

InfiniBot may be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use InfiniBot:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local or international law or regulation.
  • For the purpose of exploiting, harming or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information, or otherwise.
  • To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with these Terms.
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate InfiniBot, its employees, another user or any other person or entity (including, without limitation, by using e-mail addresses associated with any of the foregoing).
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of InfiniBot, or which may harm InfiniBot or users of InfiniBot or expose them to liability.

Changes to InfiniBot

InfiniBot may be updated from time to time to add new features, improve performance or enhance functionality. The right is reserved to make these changes without notice to you. Any part of InfiniBot may also be suspended or discontinued at any time without notice or liability to you.

Limitation of Liability

InfiniBot is not responsible for any damage or loss arising from its use, including without limitation any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. No warranties are made, express or implied, with respect to InfiniBot, including any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement of third party rights, or any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

Termination

Access to InfiniBot may be terminated or suspended immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and InfiniBot with respect to the service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
